Symvan Capital congratulates RightIndem for winning ‘Best Use of Technology for Customer Experience – Claims’ at the recent Insurance Times Tech & Innovation Awards 2017. Insurance Times are the media partner of choice for the general insurance market in the UK.
RightIndem was incubated by Symvan Capital’s first investment – Buying Butler – whose technology continues to power and work alongside RightIndem in their quest to disrupt the insurance industry's claims process.
Graham Blaney, CEO of Buying Butler and COO of RightIndem commented on the award:
“It is commonly held that digital technology will radically transform the claims function in the insurance industry, but the scale of the cost savings and the improvement of the customer experience is sometimes less appreciated. Such seismic changes are often accompanied by an unmet customer demand which allows newer and more agile technology companies to steal a competitive advance.”
RightIndem faced some stiff competition to claim the award, winning against Allianz/360Globalnet, Aviva, and AXA amongst others.
