Symvan Capital Exit News| Custodiex & Amdax

We’re pleased to share that Symvan Capital has completed a partial exit from our portfolio company Custodiex, following a recent strategic investment by European digital asset platform Amdax, who have acquired a significant minority stake in the business.
This milestone coincides with Symvan Capital’s recent rebrand, and marks its 6th exit, reflecting the firm’s evolution and growth as a leading investor in innovative UK technology companies.
Custodiex develops institutional-grade, quantum-safe custody technology, designed to meet the stringent security and regulatory requirements of banks and financial institutions. Their solutions play a critical role in safeguarding tokenised assets, stablecoins, and digital financial infrastructure.
Amdax’s investment reflects growing demand for secure, regulated digital asset infrastructure across Europe and validates both Custodiex’s technology and Symvan’s investment approach. As Amdax CEO Lucas Wensing shared, this partnership “raises the bar for security within the European crypto ecosystem.”
The exit underscores Symvan Capital’s ability to identify and support transformative technology companies and aligns with the broader trend of UK tech firms leveraging strategic transactions for growth — with over 1,800 high-growth UK tech businesses participating in M&A activity in recent years.

Symvan Capital investors with shares in Custodiex are encouraged to visit their online portal account, accessible via our website to retrieve further details on their individual circumstances / return.
Alternatively, they can contact a member of the team or email info@symvancapital.com to find out more.
