Symvan Seed EIS Opportunities Fund - First Close

Symvan Capital is pleased to announce that it has completed the first close of the Symvan Seed EIS Opportunities Fund and has begun to to make investments.

Symvan Capital Limited has teamed up with Amersham Investment Management Limited to launch the Symvan Seed EIS Opportunities Fund. This is a fund providing tax-efficient investment opportunities with income tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax benefits under the Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme. The Fund offers Investors access to an opportunity to invest in growth companies operating in a number of different business sectors, selected on the basis of their potential to deliver growth and attractive returns to investors.

The Fund's second close will occur on or before 31st July 2014.
